Winter Reservation/Cancellation Policy:

50% deposit of total cost of reservation is required. The Customer has up until 6:00 pm seven (7) days previous to arrival date to cancel reservation with no charge incurred.

This policy does not apply to reservations between Christmas and New Year’s Day or Family Day Statutory holidays. Statutory holiday reservations require a guaranteed reservation. Booker’s Cottages reserves the right to charge the credit card holder for the full amount of the reservation should the customer cancel without proper notice or if they are a “no show.” In the event that Bookers Cottages is able to rent to another party, we will not hold the customer responsible for the balance owing.

We do not give discounts due to poor weather conditions, snowmobile or vehicle breakdowns or personal matters that may arise. Customer must assume responsibility for payment for the number of nights that they have reserved.

Spring / Summer / Fall Reservation / Cancellation Policy

We require $200 - $250 deposit in order to reserve a cottage during Summer, and 50% of the Spring/Fall reservation amount. The deposit received is non-refundable except in the event that we are able to rent the cottage out to another party for the same rate. If Bookers Cottages finds it necessary to offer a reduced rate to the new party in order to fill the cancellation, we will not refund the deposit.
